The Dedupe module within
WinPure ListCleaner Lite is a simple but
powerful method for finding and removing
duplications within your lists. The dedupe
module can be used on columns that contain
contact names, address details, emails
etc, all of which can be easily identified
and deleted or corrected if required.
Simply select the required
column(s) and WinPure ListCleaner Lite
will quickly search for any matches and
view the results in a simple table.
Then select any of the
matches from the table, and WinPure ListCleaner
Lite will automatically filter the selection,
allowing you to view the matches in more
details. This way you can manually go
through each of the duplications, or simply
click 'Remove Records' to automatically
delete all the duplications in your list.
You can even export the duplications into
a separate file if you wish.
