WinPure adds MS Outlook compatibility to its award-winning software.
Reading, United Kingdom – WinPure, a worldwide leading provider of
affordable data cleansing and data deduplication software, have now
added Microsoft Outlook compatibility to their award-winning software
range.
The new feature will allow the user to directly import Outlook contacts
into ListCleaner or Clean & Match 2007, enabling users to clean,
correct, standardize and deduplicate their contacts that are stored
in Microsoft Outlook.
"Many of our customers use Microsoft Outlook for their marketing
and contact lists, and adding this new file format will enable them
to benefit from using our software to enhance their lists", explains
WinPure Marketing Director David Leivesley. "The fact is that
contact information created in Microsoft Outlook is stored in a manner
that is really only suitable for Microsoft Outlook, but we have developed
a function that will not only import contacts directly from Outlook,
but also export the cleansed, corrected and deduplicated contact list
back into Outlook at the click of a button" .
Once all Microsoft Outlook contacts have been copied over, the user
can then use WinPure to perform such tasks as removing duplications,
correcting invalid email addresses, removing unwanted punctuation
and spelling errors, identify missing data using 3D graphs and scoring
system, automatically capitalizing name and addresses and more.
WinPure ListCleaner and WinPure Clean & Match 2007 both run under
Windows XP/2003/Vista and cost $299(US) and $749(US) respectively.
